The use of Mobile phones, video games, i pads etc is strictly prohibited during the class hours.
The student is required to maintain at least 85% attendance under all circumstances. Failing to maintain such minimum percentage of attendance shall be taken to the Institute's concern.
It is directed that the student shall be present at least 5 minutes prior to the commencement of the classes.
The Institute reserves the right to seek the support documents to authenticate the information as declared or claimed by the student and/or the parents in the application submitted including age, address, phone, education, financial details etc.
The Institute reserves the right to restrict any student from attending classes on disciplinary grounds.
The Institute reserves the right to reschedule the classes and to relocate the centre as and when may be necessary.
The Institute retains the right to cancel the registration of the student if he/she fails to comply with the terms and conditions laid herein.
The Institute is not responsible for the belongings and articles of any student. It is hereby advised that the student should take due care of all his/her possessions.
Any damage caused to the Institute property by the students shall attract penalty.
The Institute retains the right to revise the course fee as and when it deems necessary.
The Institute reserves the right to collect required details and provide to data to the authorised governing body for various purposes. Added to it the institute has the right to publish the photograph, name, rank, score, etc. of the student in social and print media for the purpose of marketing and advertisement.
w.r.t ACCA admission, students details are shared with ACCA for the use of result service, it is the mechanism of gathering student data to allow for the analysis of pass rates.
The Institute reserves all rights to add or modify or cancel any Terms and Conditions at any time without any notice, with or without assigning any reason for the same.
Student are mandatorily required to attend all the Mock exams conducted by the Institution
When a student seeks admission to the institute, it is assumed by the institute that he/she has done so for earnest purposes. He/she is expected to aim at the highest achievement in every sphere and to conduct him/herself in responsible and dignified manner within the premises.
It is mandatory to provide e-mail ID and Mobile No. of the student and father / guardian. The result of tests or any other information by the Institute will be sent to the student on e-mail ID/SMS/Call, if he/she has not given his/her e-mail ID /mobile no. in the Admission form at the time of admission, the institute shall not be responsible for any non- correspondence.
If the study material or any accessories provided to the student is lost/misplaced, a new one can be obtained from the institute against the payment of price determined by the institute.
Each student will be issued an identity card which shall be mandatorily required to be bourne by the student to be eligible to attend the classes. If the Identity card is lost/misplaced, a duplicate ID-card can be issued by the Institute against payment of Rs. 50/-.
The parents can enquire about the progress or any other problems concerning their wards from the institute. They can also meet the in-charge with the prior appointment. Time to time the institute will also send the progress report to parents.
All students are required to follow the code of conduct, rules and regulations of the Institution in force from time to time.
It would be the responsibility of the student who has enrolled to comply all the Visa and other requirements required by the law of the land.

Students are required to pay minimum of Rs 5000 of their respective course fee to register with the Institute.
The payment of the entire fee must be made with one week from the joining date and the receipt of the same should be retained and produced as and when demanded as an evidence of payment.
Sponsorship/ Discount/Installments may be given based on merit and policy framed by the Institute. Any decision concerned with the matter will be at sole discretion of the Institute. This clause is applicable only to the students who have signed up for the full course duration and NOT for individual subjects.
The fee quoted and paid does not include the Registration and Examination fee to be paid for the Course to the respective educational boards. The payment made is only towards tuition and coaching facility provided by the Institute.
Payment of fees should be made on or before the prescribed dates notified by the Institute; failing which admission will be forfeited.
REFUND/ COURSE TRANSFER POLICY:
In the event of a student dropping out of the course the Institute shall not refund any fees paid.
Students would be not allowed to transfer course once enrolled
