How to use ArivuPro App ?

1) How to resolve any technical issue ?

Step 1: Go to  "ArivuPro Help Portal -  www.help.arivupro.com  

Step 2:  Select your Respective Course on which you want to raise your ticket.



Step 3:  Once you are selected your course, kindly look into the self help articles for your issue and still can't find an answer, Click on  "Submit a ticket" 



Step 4: Fill basic details like Name, Email, Subject ( Mention the Problem you are facing in a sentence ),  Description ( Describe your problem in detail) and later prioritize your issue accordingly by selecting the level of attention (High, Medium, Low) required towards the problem.

  1. You can attach your file - PDF, Screenshot ( Up to 20 MB )


The issue will mostly be sorted within 48 hours or sooner after the ticket is raised.


2) How to download study material & print it ?

Step 1: Go to  https://online.arivupro.com/learn  and select the Course 

Step 2:   Click on Attachment under the syllabus as shown in the image below



Step 3:  Once you clicked the attachment, Download Attachment option will popup and you can download the Study material by clicking "Download"



Step 4:   You can Print the downloaded PDF file




On ArivuPro Mobile App: click on more which can be found after book mark and click on view attachment and then download to print

3) How to order printed books ?

Step 1: Go to https://online.arivupro.com/learn &  click on  "Printed Books" 

Step 2: Select the course



Step 3: Select the subject, Mode and Type of book (Study material & Summary Charts Available), select the quantity and  Click on  "Add to cart" 

 

Step 4: Once you clicked on "Add to Cart", you will get a pop up that you have added to a cart. Click on  "View Cart"




Step 5:  Confirm your items(Books), Quantity, Subtotal and Click on "Check out"


Step 6: Select the Shipping methods like normal delivery or express delivery based on your preference. Once you have selected your shipping mode, click on "Continue".

Step 7: Review Order and Make Payment.  Once the order is successful, you will get a confirmation message and order summary to your mail


4) How to ask your doubts ?

Step 1 :  Go to https://online.arivupro.com/learn  and select the Course 

Step 2 :   Select the chapters / lesson on the right side on which you have a doubt or queries, then click on  "Ask Question" 



Step 3 :   Now you can add your queries or doubts in the given column and you can also attach the supporting file and click on  "Ask Question" . Once the question is submitted successfully you will receive the answers from the respected faculty within 48 working hours.



Step 4:  Click on  "All Discussion"  to view all your questions and answers.
